(3) Staff and parents interviewed stated a child was able to get out the front door and into the parking lot without being seen by staff. For this reason, the violation is likely valid. (5)(b) Staff interviewed stated they did not hear an alarm on the front door and didn't think the child could open the door, so they didn't check for the child outside. For this reason, the violation is likely valid.
